Website Request and Sign-Up Forms That Feed Your Junk Removal Software
A lot of junk removal requests come in after hours. Someone is standing in their garage at 9pm, looking at a broken treadmill, and searches for a hauler. If your website has a contact form that sends an email to an inbox nobody checks until Monday, that request might go to someone else. JunkBossPro gives you forms that drop requests straight into the software.
Requests Without a Phone Call
The prices those requests turn into come from the list covered in Building a Junk Removal Service List: Single Items, Truck Loads and Cleanouts. This guide is about how the request gets to you in the first place when it comes from your website.
There are two forms you can put on your own site: a request form and a sign-up form.
The Request Form
The request form is for someone who wants a quote or a pickup. They fill in their name, contact details, address and what they need hauled. The submission lands in Form Responses inside JunkBossPro. The office sees it with everything else that came in, and can call or text back, build an estimate, or book an on-site estimate visit.
Because the request is already in the software, nothing has to be copied from an email. The name, phone number and address are there to work with.
The Sign-Up Form
The sign-up form goes a step further. The customer fills in their details and their card is captured as part of signing up. That's useful for customers who are ready to book, and for repeat services like a regular pickup for a small business or a property manager who'll be sending work every month.
Sign-ups also land in Form Responses. One click converts a sign-up into a client, with their contact details, address and card on file. From there, they're like any other client: their address is on the map, jobs can be booked for them, and invoices can be charged to the card.
What a Good Request Includes
Short forms get filled out. Long ones get abandoned. When you call or text back, these are the essentials to have before you quote:
- Name, phone and email
- The pickup address
- What needs to go, in their own words
- Where the items are: garage, basement, curb, upstairs
- When they'd like it done
That's enough to call back with a rough price or decide the job needs an on-site look. You can fill in the load size, the items and the haul-to on the job once you've talked to them.
If something is missing from a request, a one-line text usually fills the gap: “Thanks for reaching out. Is the couch in the garage or upstairs?” The answer comes back to the office, and the job gets written up right the first time.
Answering Fast
The value of a website form is only as good as how fast you answer it. Some habits that help:
- Check Form Responses first thing every morning and again after lunch.
- Text back first. Two-way texting from the office is faster than a call that goes to voicemail, and the reply comes back to the same place.
- Send a quick estimate when you can. If the request is clear, build it from the service list and send it for online approval right away.
- Put it on the Waiting List. Whatever happens next, the request shouldn't sit in an inbox.
The texting side is covered in Two-Way Texting and Automated Reminders in Junk Removal Software.
Forms and the Customer App
The website forms bring in new customers. Once they're clients, the customer app takes over for repeat business: requesting service, signing up for services and pricing, updating their card, paying invoices. A customer who first found you through the website form can book their next pickup from the app without filling out a form again.
Your Site, Your Leads
The forms go on your own website, under your own name. You keep your branding, and the request lands in your own system, not a shared lead marketplace. Every request is yours to answer.
If you're building or updating your site, put the request form where people can find it: on the home page, on each service page, and anywhere you list prices. A big “Request a Pickup” button near the top of the page gets more use than a link at the bottom.
From Click to Client
Website forms close the gap between a late-night search and a booked job. Requests land where the office already works, and sign-ups become clients in one click. To see how forms connect to estimates, scheduling and billing, go back to the JunkBossPro junk removal software page.
